‘2022 memories’ • I turned 30 this year and it still baffles me what all can go down in one year. I don’t keep a diary, journal or have one of those cool memory apps but I always find a few hours at the end of the year to manually stitch my ‘memories’ together. For me, 2022 was a year of telling stories with new and old friends alike, growing / learning, chasing trails and experiencing life! As always, I’m Grateful grateful grateful (x3!) for the people and places I’ve spent time with along the way ✌🏼 & ❤️ — catch you all in 2023.

Riding from the heart: Lentine Alexis


A little look into Lentine Alexis’ daily life. Thanks to Topspin Studios & Alison Vangini for having me be part of this refreshing project in Colorado. Good food, chill times, good rides!

Something Lentine said that really hit home for me was “I was too tired to focus on the things I didn’t want to look at.’’ When I heard her say that, I really perked up and over the past few months have really been trying to slow down and focus on the things I need to look at.

Cycling and food are intricately connected. Nutrition in endurance sports is often fraught with complexity. For top athletes, the constant stream of gels, rice cakes, and bland carbohydrate rich meals, often take just as much of a toll as time spent in the saddle. Lentine is committed to exploring a more balanced, and fulfilling approach to food and riding.
